Name: The No Zero Days Protocol
Date: June 16th - June 30th (2 Weeks)
Concept: The rule is simple — every day, you do at least 1 thing for your mind, 1 thing for your body, and 1 thing for your purpose. No “zero” days allowed.
Daily Checklist:
• MOVE: 45 min workout minimum
• MIND: 10 min meditation or 10 pages of reading. or another mind exercise
• PURPOSE: Post your daily check-in (story, Discord, etc.)
• NO JUNK: No porn, fast food, or doomscrolling
• SLEEP: 6 hours minimum
Goal: Rewire consistency, eliminate excuses, and build momentum.
Rewards:
